A few things worth knowing.

Does “one click” bypass Windows permissions?

No. Normal Windows UAC approval is required. Silent installation applies to preauthorized deployments; device-management authorization must be valid. Windows may also show SmartScreen warnings.

Is every organization given a different executable?

No. One signed Windows installer serves multiple organizations. A separate, short-lived enrollment file binds a deployment to the selected organization. Permanent device credentials are issued at enrollment, not embedded in the executable.

How does monthly renewal work?

You receive a new cryptocurrency payment request and renewal reminders. You authorize each transfer. This is not an automatic wallet debit. Management access is suspended if a paid period expires without verified renewal, and restored after qualifying renewal.

Can I use remote desktop or screen sharing?

EclipseRMM focuses on PowerShell administration and device connectivity. Choose a separate GUI remote-support tool when you need to view or control a user’s desktop.

Can a local administrator remove the agent?

Yes. The dashboard provides an authorized, audited uninstall workflow, and legitimate local administrator removal and recovery remain available.

Does the subscription include additional customer logins?

The current customer account is single-user. Its subscription covers multiple organizations and unlimited authorized endpoints. It does not include staff invitations or shared customer logins.
